What to expect

The first step to start work on your airsoft or paintball equipment is to bring your gear to us in-store. Our indoor locations are open 7 days a week. Our staff will fill out a work order slip and present you with a copy as you check in the piece of equipment. Store managers will use their discretion case by case to make sure we are capable of doing the repair properly. 

We ask that customers remove all other accessories or parts not needed for the nature of the repair. Please allow up to two weeks for repair or more for your repair depending on parts and time availability. After our diagnosis or the first hour, our team will call you with an estimate of repair cost. You can decide how you would like to proceed.
