How do your activities work?

When coming to play at American Paintball Coliseum, the check-in process is very similar. Once you and your team arrive, our staff will great everyone and help to organize waivers needed from each participant. It is also at this time where payment and questions are finalized before moving on to the next step. The entire team is then given a safety orientation to be sure that everyone has a clear understanding of how the games work for either paintball, airsoft or laser tag as well as the safety rules needed.

Once orientation is complete, your comrades will be shown to their very own section of tables where players can load up at and return to in between games. After the whole group is loaded up, our field supervisor will guide the group out to the fields to get the first game started.

Do I need to make reservations?

Yes! Part of what makes us the best is that we want to provide excellent customer service (especially when the boss is around) to every guest that walks through the door. In order to do that, we ask that reservations are placed at least 24 hours in advance so that your equipment can be ready for you right as you walk through the door. What activities do you offer?

Our Colorado Springs location is going to offer paintball, airsoft, laser tag and virtual reality as activities that you can participate in, all under one roof.

Can you do after hours parties?

After hours and special parties are available with a $500 minimum spent at the event which generally equates to 12-15 people. Our after-hours parties allow you and your team private use of the facility for a few hours after we normally close. This is a great option for larger groups and groups that would like to provide catering.

Can we combine activities?

We have made it work in the past to have groups of players play different activities within the facility based on their preferences. The most common combination is for paintball and laser tag. Does paintball and airsoft hurt?

Paintball and airsoft are both going to involve a projectile that players are shooting at each other. We recommend that players wear long sleeves and a light pair of gloves to help protect the skin. Also, we give each group the option to only play amongst themselves which is a unique feature at APC facilities.

Can Spectators watch the games?

Yes! All of our fields are going to have a viewing area that allows people that are not playing to watch the games as they take place. Of course, there is a barrier that stops any projectiles from coming through so there are no special requirements for people interested in simply watching.

How much ammo is a good amount for a corporate event?

When coming to play paintball, we generally see that players use a bag of 500 paintballs in about 2 hours of gameplay. If you and your group choose to play airsoft, generally a bottle of 5000 BB’s will last 4-6 people the same amount of time. Laser tag sessions generally take about 2 hours to complete all 6 games and there is no additional ammo cost associated with this activity.

How long is an average stay at your facility?

When having a company event at American Paintball Coliseum, it is common for people to stay for anywhere from 2-3 hours. This offers a good amount of time to participate in the activity of choice as well as social time interacting with your other teammates off the field.
