In the unfortunate case that we do not have your desired color or item in stock at our stores, we are happy to work with you to order just the one you want! With only a 10% deposit on ordered goods, you can have all the gear you want, just the way you want in about a week’s time. American Paintball Coliseum does offer an in-house warranty on guns that were purchased through us. There is no warranty for soft goods/other gear. Our warranty policy is as follows:
All paintball guns are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. In the event that your paintball gun fails or malfunctions, we will repair it at no charge (not including parts). If repair is not possible, the item will be replaced with the same or similar item based on manufacturer availability at equal or lower value.
All accessories, clothing, upgrade parts, and tools are NOT covered by American Paintball Coliseum’s IN-HOUSE WARRANTY, however, UNUSED items that have manufacture defects may be exchanged for the same or similar item, of equal or lesser value. Any damage caused by the end user will NOT be covered.
